Pricing, Fees & Payment
Subscription prices and standard package receiving prices are displayed on the package pickup page. Fees may include shipping rates, handling, packaging, admin fees, customs, duties, taxes, and hourly holding fees.
Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipping begins, a label is created, or a package is transferred to a carrier. Subscription and partner checkout terms are handled by Stripe or the relevant partner.
